Rocker Arm & Air Operated
The 16 – 50 kVA TECNA Air Operated Rocker Arm Spot Welders are designed to meet every need of spot welding. The new stationary ergonomic frame designed by TECNA helps to facilitate the operator’s work. The control unit has been positioned to the front to allow the operator to view the welding data even during the working cycle. The pneumatic commands and the compressed air pressure gauge have been placed at the top for easier adjustment and reading.
TECNA AIR OPERATED ROCKER ARM SPOT WELDERS
Air-Operated, lube-free cylinder eliminates oil mist in the shop environment.
Electrode force is adjustable via integrated filter / regulator combination.
Reduce shop noise with integrated speed control valves, shock absorber for end of cylinder stroke, and air exhaust mufflers.
Two-stage electronic footswitch initiation (1st stage closes tips without welding, 2nd stage initiates weld schedule.)
Pre-wired to accept a second footswitch (Option 72977).
A second footswitch allows for immediate recall of a second weld time / current setting. This is helpful when different settings are required on the same workpiece.
PINCH POINT SAFETY OPTION: WSI-supplied TECNA Rocker Arm Welders are available with UNITROL Soft Touch Safety for pinch point protection.
We currently stock the WTR-4647 (20 kVA), WTR-4649 (25 kVA), WTR-4662 (50 kVA) and the WTR-4666 (50 kVA) TECNA Air Operated Rocker Arm Spot Welders.
Additional TECNA models WTR-4645 (16 kVA), WTR-4646 (20 kVA), WTR-4648 (25 kVA), WTR-4660 (35 kVA), WTR-4661 (35 kVA) and the WTR-4663 (50 kVA) are available upon request.
