Does Production Engineering ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in North America. Orders must be placed via telephone with approved credit or with a credit card.
Does Production Engineering Accept Returns?
Production Engineering does not accept returned parts, or exchanges, unless:
- We are correcting a mistake we made – (no cost to customer) – or –
- We agree to restock unused standard parts – (customer pays shipping + 40% restocking charge). The customer must have an approved RMA number from Production Engineering in order to return parts.
Special custom parts cannot be returned.
