The TECNA 3324NX/LC is a suspended, air-operated scissor production spot welding gun with a built-in TE300 control unit. It pairs a 23 kVA (50% duty) single-phase AC transformer with an adjustable arm length of 9.84–25.59 in. (250–650 mm) and delivers a maximum electrode force of 602 lbs (268 daN) at 6 bar at the shortest arms. Electrodes, electrode holders, arms, transformer, and thyristor are fully water-cooled. The gun is suspended on a balancer for low-fatigue handling across its working envelope.
US-configured build with 49 ft (15 m) main cables (NX/LC). Also available with standard cables as 3324NX.
