TECNA 9346LES ESD Retractor — 1.1–4.41 lbs Capacity (with STOP Device)

Description

The TECNA 9346LES is an ESD-protected tool retractor for use in electrostatic-discharge-protected areas. Conductive construction throughout the housing, rope, and connection points lets the 9346LES dissipate static charge instead of accumulating it, protecting electronic components and PCB assemblies that are handled near the suspended tool. The 9346LES carries a load capacity of 1.1–4.41 lbs (0.5–2.0 kg) over a working stroke of 98.43 in. (2500 mm), with a stainless steel rope and cast aluminum body. Capacity is adjustable and the stroke limiting device sets the working range to the application. An integrated stop-stroke device lets the operator lock the cable at any position with a simple action on the load, useful when the tool needs to stay at a fixed height between uses. Within the 2500mm ESD retractor sub-line, the 9346LES is the lowest-capacity variant; the 9346ES steps capacity up to 4.41–8.82 lbs at the same 98.43-in. stroke.
