Description
The TECNA 9203 is an air-hose balancer for lightweight pneumatic tools. A polyurethane air hose acts as both the support element and the air supply line, so the 9203 replaces a separate balancer plus air line with a single piece of equipment. The 9203 carries a load capacity of 6.6–11.0 lbs (3.0–5.0 kg) over a working stroke of 35.43 in. (900 mm). Air is delivered through a 10/8 mm (OD/ID) polyurethane hose with G 3/8 BSP thread fittings on both ends. Capacity is adjustable and the stroke limiting device allows the working range to be set to the application. Within the 9200–9203 air-hose family, the 9203 is the highest-capacity variant at 6.6–11.0 lbs but uses a shorter 35.43-in. stroke than the 53.15-in. stroke of the 9200–9202. It also steps up to a larger G 3/8 BSP air thread and 10/8 mm hose for higher airflow.
Features
- Polyurethane air hose (10/8 mm OD/ID) with G 3/8 BSP thread input and output — supports and supplies the tool in one element.
- Load capacity of 6.6–11.0 lbs (3.0–5.0 kg); working stroke of 35.43 in. (900 mm).
- Cast aluminum body, rugged construction.
- Adjustable capacity; springs sized for long life and smooth running.
- Adjustable stroke limiting device.
- Auxiliary safety suspension.
- Maximum operating pressure 8 bar; maximum operating temperature 50°C.
- Minimum overall envelope — the tool is supported by the hose itself, with no separate cable or coil to manage.
