Description
The TECNA 4666NX pairs a 50 kVA single-phase AC transformer with air-operated, linear-action actuation in a press-type spot welder configuration. The 4666NX provides a maximum short-circuit current of 17,000 amps, with maximum electrode force of 1,057 lbs. The thermal current rating at 100% duty cycle is 5,700 amps. A water-cooled transformer, electrode holders, and electrodes support extended duty cycles, with epoxy resin-coated windings for long service life. The fixed 15.75 in. throat depth accommodates a wide range of workpiece geometries. The NX designation indicates the US-market configuration. The standard TE101 microprocessor weld control is included; the TE550 microprocessor weld control is available as an upgrade option for advanced parameters and USB interface.
