Description
The TECNA 2101D pairs a 16 kVA single-phase AC transformer with air-operated actuation in a spot bench welder configuration. The 2101D provides a maximum welding current of 13,200 amps, a maximum electrode force of 420 lbs, and a maximum electrode throat depth of 11.02 in. The thermal current rating at 100% duty cycle is 3,300 amps. A water-cooled transformer, electrode holders, and electrodes support extended duty cycles, with epoxy resin-coated windings for long service life. The standard TE550 microprocessor weld control is included. Within the 16-25 kVA AC bench range, the 2101D is the entry-level 16 kVA spot welder; the 2102N steps up to 20 kVA with the same 11.02-in. electrode throat.
