The TECNA 4643N pairs a 25 kVA single-phase AC transformer with mechanical foot-pedal actuation. The 4643N provides a maximum welding current of 14,400 amps, a maximum electrode force of 539 lbs, and a maximum throat depth of 21.65 in. Arm length, electrode stroke, and throat depth are all independently adjustable to accommodate varied part geometries. A water-cooled, epoxy-resin-coated transformer supports extended duty cycles. The standard TE101 microprocessor weld control is front-mounted for real-time parameter viewing. Within the 4640-series, the 4643N is the 25 kVA foot-operated model with a 21.65-in. maximum throat, sharing the throat depth of the 4640N and 4641N while delivering the same 25 kVA welding power as the higher-throat 4644N.
