Description
The TECNA 3327 is a suspended, air-operated scissor production spot welding gun with a built-in TE300 control unit. It pairs a 38 kVA (50% duty) single-phase AC transformer with an adjustable arm length of 10.04–40.55 in. (255–1030 mm) and delivers a maximum electrode force of 1,303 lbs (580 daN) at 6 bar at the shortest arms. Electrodes, electrode holders, arms, transformer, and thyristor are fully water-cooled. The gun is suspended on a balancer for low-fatigue handling across its working envelope.
