The TECNA 2143D pairs a 150 kVA single-phase AC transformer with air-operated actuation in a spot bench welder configuration. The 2143D provides a maximum welding current of 46,400 amps, a maximum electrode force of 1,654 lbs, and a maximum electrode throat depth of 11.02 in. The thermal current rating at 100% duty cycle is 9,200 amps. A water-cooled transformer, electrode holders, and electrodes support extended duty cycles, with epoxy resin-coated windings for long service life. The standard TE550 microprocessor weld control is included. Within the 63-150 kVA AC bench range, the 2143D is the 150 kVA spot flagship, delivering the highest welding power in the AC bench lineup with an 11.02-in. electrode throat.
