The TECNA 9346LNY is a nylon-cable retractor balancer for tool suspension. A retractor supports the weight of a suspended tool and retracts the cable to a rest height when the tool is released, reducing operator fatigue and keeping the tool clear of the work area between uses. The 9346LNY carries a load capacity of 1.1–4.41 lbs (0.5–2.0 kg) over a working stroke of 98.43 in. (2500 mm), with a Dyneema® rope and cast aluminum body. Capacity is adjustable and an adjustable stroke limiting device sets the working range to the application. An integrated stop-stroke device lets the operator lock the cable at any position with a simple action on the load, useful when the tool needs to stay at a fixed height between uses.
