Description
The ceiling-mounted bridge rail system suspends a portable spot welding gun over a rectangular work area. A trolley travels along the bridge while the bridge itself travels along parallel runways; paired with a properly sized tool balancer, the system delivers controlled movement through all three axes of motion. Capacities range from 150 to 4,000 lbs, with rectangular coverage up to a 34-ft bridge span and 124-ft runways standard, and standard support distances of 20, 25, and 30 feet. Depending on ceiling height, the runways mount directly to building beams or hang from threaded rod cross-braced to pipe or structural supports. Because the system is ceiling-mounted, no floor-standing support steel interferes with the handling operation — the work area stays clear of obstruction. A building with adequate overhead structure is required to hang the crane.

Requesting a Quote
Bridge rail systems are configured to your application. Add this item to your quote, and include the following in the order notes at checkout so we can spec your system accurately:
- Weight of the welding gun or tool to be suspended (or required capacity).
- Coverage area needed: bridge span and runway length.
- Ceiling height and overhead structure details: beam mounting or threaded-rod suspension.
- Track material preference: steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
- Any options — motorization, cantilevered supports, or Seismic Zone IV requirements.
- Finish requirements: standard, galvanized, or custom paint color.
